A Pirate and Mermaid Party

When Shawna, from Trio Events, asked me to create a cake and desserts for a join birthday party she was planning, I could not have been more thrilled! As always, Shawna planned this pirate and mermaid party to perfection.

It was really fun to come up with a concept for the cake that would merge the two themes together. Each of the kids had a smash cake to enjoy - and their daddy, who's birthday was just around the corner, had one as well!  Here are pictures of the dessert table.
