What a fun day today was! We just got back from our summer family vacation yesterday - camping near Zion National Park in Utah - and this morning, after a quick run around the Rose Bowl (more on that later this week), I was back at the kitchen doing what I love most: Bake and decorate cupcakes.
Today's order was to celebrate Jacob's first birthday. The theme of the party was farm animals. So here are the pigs, cows, horses and others standing proudly on their cupcakes! Since Jacob is "mommy's little piggy," two very cute pigs were the stars of the top farm cake.
