A cupcake a day keeps the doctor away... Don't you wish?

I have been making this collection of doctor cupcakes for a special client of mine on a regular basis for a few months and this is the first time publishing the pictures. I found out today that the nurse cupcake is usually the favorite of the group. Which one do you like best?
