Starting this month, Blue Cupcake will be participating in the first installment of Iron Cupcake Earth. Each month, the participants will be challenged to create a cupcake with a secret ingredient. Good luck! I'm thinking that a mix of cornmeal and chili peppers would be awesome... I guess you could also look at Thai cuisine for inspiration, there are lots of sweet/spicy combinations.
